1. Presentation of Services

Lobbyman offers assistance, coaching, and progression optimization services for various video games. These services may include:

  • In-game progression assistance

  • Completion of in-game objectives

  • Personalized advice and coaching

Services are available on multiple platforms, including PC and consoles.

2. Legal Information & Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the website Lobbyman – Your Game, Your Rules, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms of Service without reservation.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed:

  • Directly through the website

  • Following a discussion via the website chat, Discord, or WhatsApp

An order is considered confirmed and validated only after full payment has been received.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices for the services on the website are displayed and billed in US Dollars (USD / $). For the accounting and legal requirements of the business (based in France), the equivalent value in Euros (€) is automatically calculated based on the exchange rate in effect on the day of the order.

Legal Note: VAT not applicable, pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Lobbyman reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

5. Payment
Payment must be made before the service is performed, unless a specific agreement is made otherwise. Payment methods available on the website include Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) via our secure payment processors. All transactions are fully secure and encrypted.

6. Service Delivery & Account Sharing

Services are performed within a timeframe agreed upon with the client. This timeframe may vary based on:

  • Client availability

  • The type of service requested

  • The platform used

The client agrees to provide all information necessary for the successful completion of the service.

Account Sharing Clause: If the service requires the client to share their account credentials (login, password, etc.), the client provides this information under their own sole responsibility. Lobbyman commits to using these credentials strictly for the execution of the service and will never modify account security settings or passwords.

7. Refund Policy & Immediate Execution

Due to the digital, immediate, and highly personalized nature of the services provided, all orders are firm and final:

  • No refunds will be granted once the service has started or has been completed.

  • By purchasing our services and requesting their immediate execution, you agree that the performance of the service will begin before the end of the legal 14-day withdrawal period. Consequently, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

A full or partial refund will only be considered if Lobbyman is uniquely unable to provide or complete the requested service due to technical or material limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lobbyman makes every effort to provide professional services. However, Lobbyman cannot be held responsible for:

  • The overall progression, results, or future status of the client’s account.

  • Decisions, sanctions, or restrictions (bans, suspensions, resets) implemented by game publishers or console developers.

  • Technical issues, bugs, or maintenance related to the games or third-party platforms.

9. Right of Refusal or Cancellation

Lobbyman reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • Abusive, toxic, insulting, or disrespectful behavior by the client toward Lobbyman.

  • Attempted fraud, chargeback scams, or requests incompatible with the services offered.

In such cases, the order will be canceled immediately, and no refund will be granted.

10. Non-Affiliation
Lobbyman is an entirely independent service. It is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Nintendo, Epic Games, or any other game publishers or developers. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, logos, visuals, design, layouts, code) is the exclusive property of Lobbyman – Your Game, Your Rules. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or imitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of France. In the event of any dispute, contest, or claim arising from the execution of an order, and in the absence of an amicable solution, the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.

13. Modification of Terms
Lobbyman reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to adapt to legal or technical developments. New conditions apply immediately upon being published online on the website.
